my first meeting as a chair...
today was my first meeting as a chair, somehow i dont feel that it went well. first of all i went to the meeting late. the first email mentioned that the meeting was at 930 am. the second one was send to say it is at 9 but even though i saw that email i didnt see the time...what is wrong with me??? then i made a mistake, and it was highlighted in the meeting. i m feeling rather down about it...will it be ok...will life be ok... someone please tell me that i will be ok...

it will be ok. I do admit, i dont know how important this meeting could have been for u, but everythin has a way out, things can be rectified. Be strong!
